2. Nature of Services — Educational Only
All content on VedGuru — including lessons, shlokas, stories, AI Guru responses, quests, and any other material — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as:
- Professional religious, spiritual, or theological advice
- Medical, psychological, or mental health advice
- Legal or financial advice of any kind
Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for matters requiring expert guidance. We make no representations that the content is accurate, complete, or current.
3. Account Creation
To use VedGuru you must create an account. By creating an account you represent that:

- All registration information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You will keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe has provided false information or is being used in violation of these Terms.
4. User Obligations
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform or its content.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into the platform.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without our written permission.
- Share your account credentials with any third party.
- Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or payment obligations.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
VedGuru offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription billed monthly or annually. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis using Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through the platform; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are provided except as required under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) — see our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, brand names, lesson material, AI prompt designs, and user interface elements on VedGuru are the intellectual property of 33 Mantras Pty Ltd or our licensors, and are protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any VedGuru content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of VedGuru, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the relevant service or refunding the amount paid for that service, at our election.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform (or any feature) at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us at info@vedguru.app to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may seek mediation through the Australian Disputes Centre before commencing court proceedings. This clause does not limit any rights you have to seek urgent injunctive relief.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
